Woman Drove Drunk With 3 Girls In Car On Northern Boulevard: Police

The girls were 11, 13, and 14 years old, police say.

A woman faces felony DWI charges after police say she drove drunk with five people in the car, including three minors, on Saturday morning in East Hills.

According to authorities, Casey J. Bodian, 48, of Hewlett Harbor, was pulled over for failing to signal and maintain a traffic lane on Northern Boulevard at 12:45 a.m.

A traffic stop at Glen Cove Road and the N. Service Road revealed Bodian was driving while intoxicated and she was placed under arrest, police say.

There were five passengers in the vehicle, including three girls ages 11, 13 and 14. The children left the scene in the custody of their father. No injuries were reported.

Bodian was charged with three counts of aggravated DWI, three counts of endangering the welfare of a minor, DWI and multiple traffic law violations.

She will be arraigned on Saturday at First District Court in Hempstead.
