Workshop Will Advise Parents On Kids With Phones & Social Media
The Port Washington workshop, on Wednesday, will give advice to parents of middle school children who use smart phones and social media.
PORT WASHINGTON, NY — If you're the parent of a child/children who are around the 5th through 8th grade range and want advice on how to approach the subjects of smart phone and social media use, there's an upcoming workshop in Port Washington right up your alley.
The Parent Workshop on How to Navigate the World of Kids and Technology will be held Wednesday, August 7th at 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. at NXT GEN Fitness & Performance Training, located at 2 Channel Drive 2nd Floor REAR, Port Washington.
The workshop aims to help parents vent concerns and frustrations, as well as provide ideas and insights on how to set their children up to succeed in school, according to a Facebook post by one of the workshop's instructors, Hayley Foster.
