141 'Affordable' PLG Apartments Require At Least $73K Salary
141 apartments in a new Linden Boulevard tower have hit the affordable housing lottery, but only for those making at least $73,000 a year.

PROSPECT-LEFFERTS GARDEN, BROOKLYN — Dozens of apartments in a new tower on Linden Boulevard have hit the affordable housing lottery, but only for those making at least $73,000 s year.
The 141 new apartments — a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom spots — are found in a new 26-story building at 123 Linden Blvd.
The building comes with a 24-hour attended lobby, an on-site resident manager and a host of other amenities that might cost extra, including a golf simulator, fitness center, indoor and outdoor pool, party room, barbecue area, rooftop deck, parking and a basketball court.

The 36 studio apartments available will go for $2,156 per month each. They are available to those making a minimum of $73,920 a year, whether that be one person's salary or a combined salary for two people.
The 67 one-bedroom units up for grabs will cost $2,245 per month. For these, applicants should make at least $76,972 a year. Up to three people can apply.

The 31 two-bedroom spots will go for $2,710 per month. They are available to groups of two, three, four or five that make at least a combined $92,915 per year.
Finally, the three-bedroom spots will got for $3,122 per month and require a $107,040 minimum combined salary. These can go to groups of three, four, five, six or seven people.
The Linden Boulevard building hit the affordable housing lottery late last week and will stay available until a Feb. 3 application deadline.
It joins one other nearby building in Crown Heights on the list. That building, found at 495 Saint Johns Pl., has two studio, two one-bedroom and four two-bedroom apartments available.
Like the Linden Boulevard building, they will go to those making at least 130 percent of the area median income, or $72,720 for the studio, $75,806 for the one-bedroom and $91,406 for the two-bedroom.
