5 (Free) Things: Chamber Music, Prospect Park Discover Tour, Greenlight Story Time, More

Prospect Heights-area subway, alternate side and event information you won't want to miss.

 

1. You need music. Head to the  for . This week, Canta Libre, a chamber ensemble consisting of a harp, flute and strings, play works by Maurice Ravel, Jean Francaix, Joseph Jongen and more. 10 Grand Army Plaza, 4 p.m. Free. 

2. You need to get to the park. It's supposed to be a nice day today, so why not take the Prospect Park Discover Tour? Meet at The Audubon Center at the Boathouse (just inside the Lincoln Road/Ocean Ave. entrance to Prospect Park). For adults and older kids. 3-4 p.m. Free.

3. You need to get the kids out of the house. Head to Greenlight Baby Story Time, where staff member Jarrod entertains the littlest readers with stories about bears. For kids 0-3. , 686 Fulton St (at S Portland St), 11 a.m. Free. See our  for more options.

4. You need to know if your train is running ...  It is! There are no service changes affecting Prospect Heights today and the , according to the MTA.
