5 Train Rider Punched Repeatedly In Face, Sent To Hospital

The man below allegedly delivered the beat down at a Crown Heights subway station.

CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — Police are looking for a man who they say beat up a 5 train rider, sending them to the hospital.

It happened last month on Wednesday, Sept. 27 around 7:15 p.m. as a northbound 5 train was pulling into the Franklin Avenue station, according to police.

That's when the man, pictured above, punched the person repeatedly in the face, police said. The beating followed a "dispute," but it's unclear exactly what happened.

The man fled the subway. the victim was taken to Kings County Hospital in stable condition, police say.
