56-Unit Prospect Lefferts Gardens Building Will Replace 3 Homes

PROSPECT LEFFERTS GARDENS, BROOKLYN — A new 56-unit apartment building in Prospect Lefferts Gardens will be erected on the gravestones of three homes, according to city records.

Developers last week filed a building permit for a six-story structure at 408 Lefferts Ave., near New York Avenue, records state.

The 65-foot-tall building will be mixed residential and community facility edifice, according to the records. Most of that space — about 40,000 square feet — is dedicated to the 56 residential units, the records state.

Owner Tolib Mansurov last year also filed for demolition permits for three former homes at 406, 408 and 410 Lefferts Ave., where the new building will stand, records state.

Those plans will level two two-story homes and one-story home on the property, according to records.

Mansurov is the founder and CEO of United Elite Group, a high-end contractor, according to LinkedIn.
