$822-A-Month Apartments Hit Crown Heights Housing Lotto

CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — A batch of affordably priced apartments in Crown Heights hit the housing market this week.

Ten units at 12 Ford St. will be up for grabs through the NYC Housing Connect website until July 31, city records show.

Two studios that cost $822-per-month are available to people with an annual income between $28,183 and $43,860.

Three one-bedrooms that cost $947-per-month are available to people with an annual income between $32,469 and $50,100.

And five two-bedrooms that cost $1,070-per-month are available to people with an annual income between $36,686 and $62,580.

Building amenities include a bike room, laundry room and parking.
