
CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN -- A small batch of affordable Crown Heights hit the affordable housing lottery this month, city records show.
Three studios and a one-bedroom are up for grabs at The Sullivan, a newly constructed four-story building at 195 Sullivan Place between Ludlam Place and Rogers Avenue, the NYC Housing Connect website shows.
New Yorkers who earn between $30,994 and $50,100 a year have until Feb. 26 to apply for the $904-a-month studios and the $1,039-a-month one-bedroom, according to the housing lotto listing.

Building Amenities include a gym, rooftop access, bike and car parking and a laundry room, records show.
The Sullivan was designed by Queens firm Diego B Aguilera Architects and belongs to Solomon Schwimmer of Twin Groups Associates, according to Department of Building records.

Schwimmer purchased the property for $2.87 million in 2017, city records show.
