The 1709 Park Pl. building near Howard Avenue has three one-bedroom spots available on the city's affordable housing lottery, according to the listing.

The Park Place building is one of several in Brooklyn currently on the affordable housing lottery.
Other buildings include a Lenox Road complex, a massive development in Greenpoint, a Kent Avenue complex in Williamsburg, the Vital Brookdale complex in Brownsville and an East New York property known as Chestnut Commons.
