CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN -- Six new Crown Heights apartments hit the city's affordable housing lottery this week and are up for grabs for those New Yorkers who qualify.

Two buildings at 912 Bergen St. and 1672 Dean St. have three units each available to households that meet specific income requirements, city records show.

A $904-a-month studio and two $1,039 one-bedrooms at Bergen Street will be available until April 15 to people earning between $30,995 and $50,100 a year, records show.

Owner Meny Chukroon filed permits to build the 12-family complex in 2014, one year after the lot was purchased for $330,000, city records show.

The six-story building stands between Classon and Franklin avenues near Prospect Heights and is within walking distance of the Franklin Avenue A and C train station.

The Dean Street building has three $1,750-a-month one-bedrooms available until April 16 to households earning between $60,000 and $122,070 annually.

Owner Hagai Laniado filed permits to build the four-story building at 1672 Dean St., which was purchased for $800,000 in 2017, city records show.

The eight-unit apartment complex is about five blocks away from the Utica Avenue A and C station.

Both buildings have laundry facilities, records show.
