UPDATE: Man Arrested in Capital One Bank Robbery
19-year-old charged with robbery, criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny.

Update, Feb. 29, 5:05 p.m.: Mervyn Bollers, 19, was arrested at the bank at 4:41 p.m., police said. He was charged with robbery, criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny.
Correcting the initial report below, police spokesman said the man did in fact get some cash from the bank. It appears that cops caught him after he left the bank, but was likely brought back to the bank for the teller to identify him before he was arrested.
