Cops Who Arrested Brooklyn Mailman Named in Past Civil-Rights Suits: Report

One suit resulted in a payout of more than $200,000 in taxpayer money, the New York Times reported Tuesday.

CROWN HEIGHTS BROOKLYN — Three of the four plainclothes NYPD officers who arrested on-duty Crown Heights postal worker Glenn Grays on March 17 had previously been named in federal civil-rights lawsuits, The New York Times reported Tuesday.
