Home sellers in seven Brooklyn neighborhoods, led by Crown Heights, got 97 percent of their asking prices, a new StreetEasy study found.

CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — Good news if you sold a home in Crown Heights — a new study found you likely got your full asking price.
Crown Heights topped StreetEasy's "10 NYC Neighborhoods Where Home Sellers Hold the Upper Hand" study released Thursday.
In fact, seven Brooklyn neighborhoods made the list. But Crown Heights led a pack where sellers got 97 percent of their initial asking price.

10. Astoria $840,000
