Minimum $90K Salary Required For 'Affordable' Crown Heights Units

Building amenities include laundry machines that you must pay to use.

CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — A batch of new “affordable” Crown Heights apartments requires applicants to earn a minimum of $92,000 a year.

The three apartments that are up for grabs at 233 Buffalo Ave. each cost $2,700 a month and are only available to households with an annual salary between $92,572 and $157,300, records show.

There is one building amenity and it’s a laundry room full of machines you must pay to use, according to the NYC Housing Connect website.
