CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — A new four-story, mixed-use building is planned for the vacant lot at 737 Park Place in Crown Heights, near Prospect heights, as first noted on the Brooklynian neighborhood forum.
A spokeswoman for O&B Properties, which owns the lot, confirmed the news Tuesday.

The company's application to the NYC Department of Buildings says the structure will house two families and feature a commercial space on its first floor.
The O&B spokeswoman said the building will be completed in 2017, but that it is too early to know which business will set up shop at the site.
