CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN -- Developers plan to build a new seven-story apartment complex on an empty President Street lot, according to city records.

Owner Kamil Ozturk filed permits to build the 69-foot-tall building at 995 President St. between Franklin and Classon avenues, Department of Buildings records show.

The 14,487-square-f00t apartment building will feature one penthouse unit, 22 apartments and 46-foot deep backyard, city records show.

Serdar Ceylan, of the Ceylan Design and Consulting firm in Forrest Hills, is the architect on record.

The LLC President Street Development purchased the lot for $2,620,000 on June 17, 2016, according to city records.
