PROSPECT-LEFFERTS GARDENS, BROOKLYN -- Home-hunters who prioritize vlog rooms, jamming sessions and environmentally friendly fitness centers are in luck.
The Prospect Quarters, a new co-living apartment complex at 1930 and 1934 Bedford Ave., will launch Wednesday with boozy, DJ-ed open house to welcome potential renters, according to an EventBrite invitation.
"This is something you've never seen before," Simply Brooklyn brokers wrote of the Prospect-Lefferts Gardens development. "A one of a kind building in Brooklyn!"

Apartments in the 38-unit, seven-story elevator building come fully furnished with beds, desks, sofas, tables, chairs and even, towels, lines and a television, brokers wrote.
Building amenities in this "state of the art communal living" space include a music room for "jamming sessions," a sustainable gym, a performance center, a game room with shuffleboard, pool table and table tennis, a prep kitchen and a vlog room.

Two-bedroom apartments go for about $3,000-per-month while the four-bedroom units cost upward of $4,000-per-month, according to listings on Simply Brooklyn.
Developer Nik Lavrinoff spent $2,645,000 on the two single-family homes at 1930 and 1934 Bedford, which he demolished to build the multi-use complex,in 2015, according to a YIMBY report and city records.
The resultant building will be on display from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon, when brokers will offer prospective renters, "DJ Juda, Alcohol, Food, Good Vibes and more."
