Prospect Heights' many single-family homes and townhouses may have contributed to its $1,160,000 median price tag, which makes it the most costly of the three new Brooklyn millionaire neighborhoods, StreetEasy analysts said.

The median price in Williamsburg is $1,038,863 and $1,010,000 in Brooklyn Heights, the report found.
