1 Man Killed, Another Injured In NYC Shooting, Police Say
There are no arrests and an investigation remains ongoing.

QUEENS, NY — A 42-year-old man was fatally shot and another person was injured in a shooting in Queens early Thursday morning, police said.
The incident happened around 12:20 a.m. in the vicinity of New Haven Avenue and Beach 19 Street, police said.
Officers found a 42-year-old man who sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the torso and a 36-year-old man who sustained a gunshot wound to the back.

Both men were transported to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center where the 42-year-old man was pronounced dead, police said.
The 36-year-old man remains in stable condition.
