3 Injured After NYC Building Facade Collapses: FDNY
The cause of the facade collapse is not known at this time.

QUEENS, NY — Three people were injured after a piece of facade collapsed from a building on Wednesday.
The incident happened at 245-13 Jericho Turnpike in Queens around 4:30 p.m., the FDNY said.
Officials say an 60-foot section of facade fell onto the sidewalk and on at least two vehicles.

Two kids and one adult suffered injuries as a result of the collapse. A 25-year-old man suffered injuries to his back, a 13-year-old girl suffered a leg injury, while an 11-year-old suffered back pain.
All three individuals were taken to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries.
