3 Suspects Still At Large After Queens Barbershop Shooting

QUEENS, NY — Police continue to search for two suspects and a gunman who fired multiple rounds inside a Queens barbershop last week.

The three unknown men are still at large as of Wednesday afternoon, police said.

The suspects stormed into the Langumas El Cache Barbershop in Corona and attempted to shoot an unknown person around 5:45 p.m. last Friday.

The barbershop’s surveillance video showed the suspects run into the shop as one of the workers tried to intervene. Customers and barbers could be seen fleeing and ducking for cover.

One of the suspects walks to the back of the store and fires his gun. No one was hit during the incident, police said.

The suspects then fled the scene.

The shooting may have been gang-related, and the intended target sought cover in the barbershop.
