72-Year-Old Woman From Corona Goes Missing: NYPD

Vernell Cromartie​ was last seen leaving her home on 57th Avenue on May 1 around 3 p.m., the NYPD said.

QUEENS — A 72-year-old woman from Corona has been missing since Monday, police said.

Vernell Cromartie was last seen leaving her home on 57th Avenue, near 97th Place, on May 1 around 3 p.m., the NYPD said.

Cromartie is about 5 feet and 4 inches tall and has dark-colored eyes and dark brown hair, authorities said. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, white shirt, black skirt, and black sandals, cops said.
