BK Driver Gets Murder Charge In Richmond Hill Pedestrian's Death: NYPD

QUEENS — A Brooklyn man stands accused of fatally and purposefully slamming his car into a pedestrian in Richmond Hill in September, police said.

Eddie Eason, 25, faces a murder charge for the death Tiara Graham, 31, who was hit with a white sedan near 120th Street and 97th Avenue on Sept. 24 about 3 a.m., the NYPD said.

The car fled and Graham was taken to Jamaica Hospital where she later died, police said.

Police found Graham's body while rushing to the area amid reports of a fight between four men on 120 Street and 95 Avenue, authorities said.

Two of those men were also struck by a vehicle, while another was stabbed in the torso and another was slashed in the face, the NYPD said.
