Child Trafficker Who Used JFK Hotel Gets 7 Years, DA Says
Tyrone Miles, 32, was charged with sex trafficking after forcing two teenage girls to participate in sexual acts for money at the JFK Inn.

QUEENS — A man who forced minors to have sex with people at a hotel in Jamaica in 2020 was sentenced Friday to seven years in prison, Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz said Friday.
Tyrone “Angel” Miles, 32, was charged with sex trafficking after forcing two teenage girls to participate in sexual acts for money at the JFK Inn Hotel on South Conduit Avenue in June 2020, prosecutors said.
Bryant Lowery, 24, was also charged with sex trafficking and was sentenced to six years in prison in November.

Miles and Lowery held the girls ages 16 and 17 at the hotel and threatened to kill them if they didn’t have sex with strangers, keeping the teenagers in separate rooms to meet paying customers between June 5 and June 12, 2020, Katz said.
The 16-year-old girl was able to escape and contact her family, the district attorney said.

Miles and Lowery pleaded guilty in October, prosecutors said.
