Sleeping Straphanger Beaten With Stick In Ozone Park: NYPD
A man was sleeping on a southbound 'A' train when another man started hitting him in the face with a stick, the NYPD said.

QUEENS — A man attacked a 67-year-old sleeping onboard the subway as it approached a station in Ozone Park on Sunday, police said.
A man was sleeping on a southbound 'A' train approaching the 80th Street subway station around 9:50 p.m. when another man started hitting the 67-year-old in the face with a stick, the NYPD said.
The 67-year-old man sustained lacerations to the face and was taken to Jamaica Hospital, authorities said.

The attacker fled into the Ozone Park subway station, cops said.
Police released images of the man on Monday.
