NYC Middle School Teacher Arrested For Raping Teen Girl
The teacher was arrested Tuesday morning, police said.
QUEENS, NY — A New York City public school teacher was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly raping a teen girl, according to police and a report.
David Ospino, 36, was arrested around 11 a.m. in the confines of 112th Precinct, police said.
He has been charged with rape and endangering the welfare of a child.

According to reports, Ospino was arrested at I.S. 204 Oliver W. Holmes is located at 36-41 28th St. in Long Island City.
AMNY has reported that a 14-year-old female student had come forward to police and accused the teacher of raping her at his home last year.

The NYPD confirmed the arrest but could not provide additional details as of Tuesday evening.
