Suspect Attacked, Slashed Victim During NYC Street Robbery

QUEENS, NY — Police are searching for a suspect who attacked and slashed a 37-year-old man during a Queens street robbery in November.
The NYPD released surveillance of the suspect on Tuesday.
The incident happened on Nov. 29 around 2:22 a.m. in the vicinity of Alstyne Avenue and 102nd Street, police said.

The suspect approached the victim and displayed a knife before punching him in the face and slashing the 37-year-old in the left hand.
The man took the victim’s wallet — which had $220 — and then fled the scene, police said

The victim sustained minor injuries and refused medical attention.
The suspect is believed to be approximately 30 years old. He was last seen wearing a Yankees hat, white sneakers, black pants, and a navy-blue jacket.
