Search For Man Who Stole $3.5K In Sunglasses From Tanger Shop: Police

RIVERHEAD, NY — Police are searching for a man they say swiped $3,500 in sunglasses from a shop at the Riverhead Tanger Outlets.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Riverhead Town police officers are asking for the public’s help to identify and locate the man they believe stole the merchandise Sunglass Hut, located at 1770 West Main Street, on May 11 at about 5:40 p.m., police said. The man fled in a gray Nissan, police said.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest.
