State of the Town Address Set for Wednesday Night

Supervisor Sean Walter will be giving his fourth State of the Town address on Wednesday night at the Calverton Links' catering hall, Eagle's Landing.

The event, slated to start at 6:30 p.m., will take place at a tri-club meeting between the Riverhead Rotary, Riverhead Lions, and Riverhead Kiwanis Clubs, though the entire public is invited to attend. Plates at the sit-down dinner will cost $30.

Walter has focused largely on three main areas of improvement in town in his past State of the Town speeches – EPCAL, the town's finances, and downtown. According to a Riverhead News-Review article, he is expected to do the same on Wednesday.
