16-Year-Old Arrested for Harassment
The Graham School student is accused of flipping over a desk that hit a fellow student.

A 16-year-old resident of the Graham School was charged with harassment in the second degree, a violation, on Jan. 30 for an incident at the Martin Luther King Jr. High School on Jan. 14.
The student is accused of flipping over a desk that hit a 16-year-old female student causing her to fall to the ground, police said. The school reported the incident to the police department on Jan. 18.

After his arrest, the 16-year-old was brought to village court and released back to the Graham School.
