32-Year-Old Accused Of Raping Young Westchester Girl Twice: DA
He fled after the abuse, but FBI's Westchester Safe Streets Task Force and Yonkers police captured him in the Bronx, according to the DA.
WHITE PLAINS, NY — A Bronx man is facing felony charges for sexually abusing a child, according to prosecutors in Westchester.
Westchester County District Attorney Susan Cacace announced on Tuesday that 32-year-old Hakeem Anderson, of the Bronx, was charged with two counts each of felony first-degree predatory sexual assault against a child, and felony first-degree rape, for allegedly raping a young girl in Westchester County.
Anderson was arraigned on the indictment Tuesday morning before a Westchester County Court judge, where he pleaded not guilty to the charges. He is being held without bail at the Westchester County Jail. A temporary order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.

"The tender age of the victim in this case renders these allegations beyond comprehension," Cacace said. "Our office will ensure that she has all the care and support she needs as the criminal process plays out. I am grateful that our law enforcement partners were able to locate the defendant after he fled and return him to face justice in Westchester County."
According to prosecutors, on two occasions, in November and December of last year, Anderson is accused of raping a girl under the age of 11 with whom he was acquainted. After the abuse, Anderson then fled Westchester County.
