4 Arrested for Pot and Alcohol in Irvington

The Greenburgh Drug and Alcohol Task Force arrested four Dobbs Ferry residents on March 22 for being in possession of weed and alcohol. Police found the crew parked in a 2009 Toyota in the parking lot of Mercy College around 10:45 a.m.

A 19-year-old male is accused of having five bags of pot and was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.

A 19-year-old female and 17-year-old male were given summons for possessing alcohol while under the age of 21. The 22-year-old female got a summons for an open container. 

They were all released on their own recognizance, except for the 17-year-old who was released to his father. They are all scheduled to return to court on April 15.
