Brooklyn Man Sexually Abused Child: NYSP
The 53-year-old faces a felony charge of first-degree criminal sexual act.
DOBBS FERRY, NY — A Brooklyn man was accused of sexually abusing a child in Dobbs Ferry.
The New York State Police said troopers from the Hawthorne barracks with the assistance of the Dutchess County Child Advocacy Center arrested Charles A. Barbaro, 53, of Brooklyn.
An investigation determined he sexually assaulted a victim under the age of 13 years old.

Barbaro was charged Thursday with first-degree criminal sexual act, a felony.
He was arraigned in the Village of Dobbs Ferry Court and sent to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail or $50,000 bond.

Barbaro is next scheduled to appear before the court July 14.
