Dobbs Ferry 2013 School Board Election

There are three seats up for election on the Dobbs Ferry Board of Education.

Residents will vote for three seats on the Dobbs Ferry Board of Education—currently occupied by Jeff O’Donnell, Meg Lauer and Mike Goldman—in the 2013 election.

If you would like to run for a seat on the board of education, which carries a three year term, the last day to submit a petition is April 22. School Board members are not compensated.

Petitions can be recieved from Dobbs Ferry School District Clerk Loretta Tularzko in the superintendent's office and returned to her.

Those who would like to apply must obtain 25 signatures from qualified voters (18 years of age, citizen, resident of the district for more than 30 days per school law).

In addition to election school board members, school district residents will also vote on the 2013-14 district budget on May 21. Voting will take place from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. in the Dobbs Ferry High School Gym, 505 Broadway.
