'Erratic' Irvington Driver Charged with DWI
Village police said the Irvington man also resisted arrest when pulled over on Route 9.

A 50-year-old Irvington man faces resisting arrest and failure to submit to a breathalyzer test charges in the village as a result of a May 25 incident.
Village Police received phone calls reporting an erratic driver heading southbound on Route 9 at approximately 9:35 p.m. last Saturday and tracked down a vehicle being driven by Andre McHugh.
The village man was additionally charged with Driving While Intoxicated as well as Disorderly Conduct.
McHugh was arraigned early on the morning of May 26 by Acting Village Justice Mitchell J. Baker and released on $1,000 bail.
He was due to return to village court on June 3.
