Ex-Boyfriend Accused of Stealing, Returning Items to Home

A 26-year-old Greenwich, CT man was arrested for allegedly stealing numerous pieces of jewelry and silverware from his ex-girlfriend’s Hastings-on-Hudson home, then returning the items.
According to police reports, the ex-girlfriend’s mother reported the items stolen from the house on Nov. 6, then reported that they were returned on Nov. 12.
After an investigation, Hastings-on-Hudson police put out an arrest warrant for the ex-boyfriend who turned himself in. He was charged with criminal possession of stolen property, a fifth degree misdemeanor.
