Graham School Student Arrested for Assault

Police arrested a 19-year-old resident of the Graham School, a school and residential campus for at-risk youth in Hastings-on-Hudson, for allegedly striking a fellow student in the head.
The 17-year-old victim reported to police on Aug. 15 that he had been assaulted by another student at the Martin Luther King Jr. High School, which caused him to sustain lacerations that required stitches.
The 19-year-old was arrested on Aug. 22 and charged with assault in the third degree, a class A misdemeanor. His bail was set at $250.
