Hastings, A Neat Place to Live: Village-Wide Clean-Up

Hastings will celebrate its annual Clean-up weekend on April 20th and 21st
Residents of Hastings take pride in the appearance of the village, but litter is clearly widespread on our streets and sidewalks, parks and green spaces.

Here is what you can do to make Clean-up Day 2013 an outstanding success:

• Select any site to clean      
• Consult village trail way map for ideas on selecting site; maps available at Community Center      
• Contact Lisa O’Reilly at 478-2380, ext 642 or loreilly@hastingsgov.org to indicate the area you select (to assure area coverage and to share the work). Trash bags are available at the Community Center
• Contact friends and neighbors and encourage them to participate as individuals or as groups.

Pizza will be provided at the V.F.W. on Saturday, April 20th from noon to 1:30 p.m. for clean-up volunteers only.
