Hastings High School In Westchester County Evacuated After Chemical Spill

The school is located on Mount Hope Boulevard in the town of Hastings-On-Hudson. Students went back to class there earlier this week.

Hastings High School in Westchester County, New York was evacuated after a chemical spill in class on Thursday.

The chemical got on a teacher and three students, who were immediately examined by the school nurse. No injuries were reported, and they were taken to Westchester Medical Center for additional evaluation. Everyone is expected to be fine, according to the Hastings school district.

The school is located on Mount Hope Boulevard in the town of Hastings-On-Hudson. Students went back to class there earlier this week. The building is also home to Farragut Middle School.
