The Greenburgh Drug and Alcohol Task Force found that Irvington businesses follow tobacco laws, during a series of compliance checks last week.

A 19-year-old gas station attendant was arrested in Dobbs Ferry on the same day after selling cigarettes to a 17-year-old female during the compliance checks. He was charged with unlawfully dealing with a child, which is a class B misdemeanor. He is expected to return back to court on Dec. 6.
