Irvington Man Arrested for Aggravated DWI and Petit Larceny

An Irvington resident was arrested for aggravated DWI, a misdemeanor, and petit larceny at 3 p.m. on Sept. 12 after he was pulled over during a traffic stop.
The 27-year-old was stopped at the same gas station, at 1 North Broadway, where he was suspected of stealing two 24 oz. cans of Rolling Rock beer, valued at $2.98, on Sept. 10 around 8:40 p.m.
He was sent to Westchester County Jail since he couldn’t meet the $10,000 bail. He is expected to be in court on Monday, Sept. 17.
