Irvington Police and the Greenburgh Drug and Alcohol Task Force arrested the New York City resident.

A New York man was handcuffed at the Ardsley train station June 5 following a short-term investigation, according to the Irvington Police Department.
Police reported Matthew Ming, a 29-year-old New York City resident, sold 76 prescription Xanax pills to an undercover police officer at Ardsley Plaza at about 3 p.m. in the afternoon.
Ming was charged with Class D Felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree and arraigned later that day by Acting Villae Justice Mitchell J. Baker.
Baker set bail at $750 bond or $500 cash, which Ming was unable to immediately post. He was transported to Westchester County Jail for processing and is due back in Village Court on June 17.
