Police: Alleged Cocaine Sale in Rivertowns

The Greenburgh Drug an Alcohol Task Force arrested a 29-year-old on several felony charges, for allegedly selling cocaine, at 50 Livingstone Ave. on Oct. 12 at 4:20 p.m. after a two-month long investigation. 

Michael Morvillo of Yonkers was charged with one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance and one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree with intent to sell, both class B felonies.

He was also charged with one count of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, a class D felony, for allegedly possessing a stun gun. He was arraigned and must return to court on Oct. 18.
