Police: Man Punches Woman, Man Outside Bar

A 23-year-old Hastings-on-Hudson man appeared in court on Nov. 28 to respond to two misdemeanor counts of harassment, in the second degree, stemming from an incident on Nov. 15 around 1:23 a.m. behind a Warburton Avenue bar.
The 23-year-old is accused of allegedly punching and spitting in a 22-year-old Brooklyn woman’s face and punching a 29-year-old Ardsley man in the face.
