Police: Tarrytown Resident Sells MDMA to Officer
Brittain Purcelle surrendered to police on felony charges of criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Brittain Purcelle surrendered to Irvington Police on Jan. 28 after being accused of selling ‘Molly” or powdered MDMA, also known as ecstasy, to an undercover member of the Greenburgh Drug and Alcohol Task Force in January on Main Street in Irvington.
The 23-year-old Tarrytown resident was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, a class D felony.
According to police, Purcelle had similar charges in Greenburgh, Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow, was released on bail and is expected to return to court.
