Student Damages Staff Member’s Car
The 13-year-old is accused striking and damaging the car with a piece of asphalt.

A 13-year-old student of St. Christopher’s School in Dobbs Ferry is accused of damaging a staff member’s car on April 4 around 9:13 a.m.
The owner of the 2011 Dodge Charger said he saw the student in an argument with another staff member in front of the Clark Academy, then entered his car and refused to exit. When additional staff member came over to the car, the student ran to the rear and grabbed a nearby piece of asphalt and threw it at the car.

The student will report to family court for the incident, which would have equated to a count of third degree felony criminal mischief, if he were charged as an adult.
