Teen Struck by Car on Ravensdale

A 13-year-old Hastings-on-Hudson student was struck by a car when attempting to cross the street at Ravensdale Road, just east of Stanley Avenue on Sept. 25.
The boy apparently had realized he should not have crossed the street around 3:30 p.m. and stepped back after someone honked at him. He boy was hit from behind when he was stepping back. He was taken to a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries and his parents were called.
