Two Cars Get Windows Smashed in Lot

Two cars had their windows smashed with rocks while parked in the Dobbs Ferry Riverfront parking lot between Jan. 25 and Jan. 26.
A 47-year-old Dobbs Ferry resident reported that the driver’s side window of his 1997 BMW was shattered between Jan. 25 at 6:30 p.m. and Jan. 26 at 8 a.m. A large rock was found outside the car. A value on the damage was not available.
A 42-year-old Cooperstown man also reported that his 2011 Nissan Xterra has its driver side window smashed during a similar time frame. A rock was found in the passenger seat of the car. The damage was estimated at $300.

Nothing of value seemed to be taken from either of the cars.
