
Board of Education incumbents Liz Dion and Mark Masin were reelected to the Board of Education on Tuesday night. Both candidates ran unopposed, with Dion receiving 1,911 votes and Masin garnering 1,847.
Dion, who serves as the board's president and is entering her fourth year on the board, said her goal remains the same.
"I want to maintain the excellence in education that our community comes to expect and we expect, and continue doing it within budget limitations," she said.

Masin, who is the longest tenured board member with nine years of service, echoed Dion's sentiments.
"I want to make sure we continue progressing forward in our quest to provide a dynamic education for our kids," Masin said.
