East Meadow H.S. Chamber Choir Performs At Carnegie Hall

EAST MEADOW, NY — How do you get to Carnegie Hall? Well, to paraphrase the saying, East Meadow High School's Chamber Choir certainly practiced.

They hit the famous stage on June 7 under the direction of Dr. Amanda Quist and Dr. Tim Brent. The high school's chamber choir was one of school choirs selected from across the country for the performance honor.

The lifelong memory was made as the student sang and performed on Saturday as part of the Manhattan Concert Productions’ Octavo Series.
